My first international traveling adventure was in the summer of 2008. I was blessed by a dear friend of my mother’s with my very own passport and a trip to Germany for several weeks. I was going there to help Jessica take her three precious kids on tons of learning adventures all over Germany (they were all under the age of 5 at the time). This was my first flight – for 11+ hours by myself – and I loved it! We visited tons of castles and took road trips to France, Luxembourg, and Austria, the latter being my absolute favorite. Jess and I did the Sound of Music tour in Salzburg and had the amazing Sacher Torte on the banks of the Salzach River. It was amazing.

Four years later, after graduating from college, I packed what I could in a 65 litre backpack & left for an 11 month journey around the world spanning four continents, 13 countries, and at least 21 airports. After arriving home in late July 2013, I realized my life will never be without travel, whether that’s a short flight to another state or a long one to another country. Below you will find a list of my upcoming travel destinations and stories of my past experiences.

Trips I have no photo evidence of:
Arkansas 2014
Appalachian Trail 2014

The World Race

Four months after graduating from Berry College in 2012 I embarked on the wildest journey of my life – The World Race.
